Coconut Garden, huh?
The Miami Herald had a photo and cutline in Saturday's paper about the Yappy Hour event on Take Your Dog to Work Day at CocoWalk. It was one short paragraph. Coconut Grove was called Coconut Garden and it says that someone was on their way to "the" CocoWalk. I'm wondering if Natalie Fertig, the photographer actually knew where she was.
This photo and write up wasn't on line, so I can't link to it here, but if you still have Saturday's printed paper, it's on the top of page 5B.
Sort of insulting that the photographer, copy writer and editor all got Coconut Grove wrong when there isn't anyplace in South Florida called Coconut Garden to get us confused with.
