"Fried & True" book party at Epicure
The event is Saturday, May 31 from noon to 2 pm.
There will be a book signing of the book which has over 50 recipes for things like America's Best Fried Chicken and sides. The book of course is available at Epicure for sale.
Epicure's chef Michael Love will be preparing sample recipes from the book.
Epicure Gouret Market & Cafe is located at 4711 LeJeune Road. For info: 305-503-8001. Please rsvp to events@epicuremarket.com (they say it's mandatory to rsvp, but I highly doubt they are going to throw people out of the store if you don't).
Epicure is right across US1, just take Grand Avenue, cross the highway and there you are.
