Who makes up the committee?
Is the water not too polluted from the boats to use the spoil islands for swimming? Or would the swim area be the bay-side of the island (does that make much difference?)?
I stopped bottom cleaning boats & eating all seafood South of Government cut all the way to North Key Largo inland including Biscayne Bay after experiencing minor and then severe convulsions that disappeared in about 6 months & came back after eating and swimming again several times years apart!? However it is still very beautiful and I boat about 3 times weekly in these areas.
