Toast to 2014 at Spartico
Diners can enjoy an elegant 3-course meal complete with stylish options prepared by the Executive Chef of the boutique hotel, Dario Correa. While dining, guests can stay charmed and entertained by the Rap Pack inspired, live singer, Louis Amanti. Appetizers include an Italian herb crusted Filet Mignon Carpaccio or a refreshing cantaloupe salad paired with thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma. Additionally, a choice from two different salads will be offered that highlighting festive ingredients. As a third course, Veal Osso Bucco will be served over creamy blackberry risotto or diners can choose a Pan Seared Chilean Seabass accompanied by a caramelized scalloped carrot soufflé. All dinners will end with a dessert trio, featuring their signature Tiramisu and a glass of champagne to toast the evening away.
Each adult dining package costs $65.00 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
