How can you improve on organic?

As I was watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, I couldn't help but notice how polished it is getting. The organizers took something so organic and they tried to improve it. The lip syncing is so obvious. It makes the whole thing too polished. Who cares if the singers are off key or they forget a line or two, it's about the parade, not the performance. I mean lip syncing? This isn't a Britney Spears concert.

That's one thing great about our King Mango Strut Parade. It's real. Some years it's great, other year's it's questionable, but it's always fun. The whole town comes out and people do their thing along the parade route. There's no advertising, no lip syncing and you really never know what's going to happen next.
