New wine tasting series at Woman's Club

Berries to Wine, Inc. and The Woman's Club of Coconut Grove are having a a new educational Wine Tasting series held once a month at the beautiful recently restored Woman's Club, a true historical gem of Coconut Grove.

The inaugural tasting will be held Tuesday, October 15 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and will feature Wines of Argentina with guest Winemaker Jeff Mausbach of the wineries Manos Negras, Anko, Zaha and Teho.  Jeff is an American who worked for 13 years with the highly respected Bodegas Catena of Argentina on all the international activities of the winery before breaking out on his own to form the four wineries Manos Negras, Anko, Zaha and Teho.

The series will continue monthly beginning in November as "Second Wednesdays Wine Education Series at the Woman's Club" and will be themed by grape types, regions and country of origin. The event will be hosted by Wine Educator-Barry Alberts.

Admission is $25 and includes complimentary appetizers. 

The Woman's Club is located at 2985 South Bayshore Drive. Parking is available on street or at the self-parking garage under the Sonesta Hotel on McFarlane Road.
