Celia Reigle, Maria Teresa D'azucena featured at Valmar Art this weekend
For the past five years, Celia has been working with internationally recognized abstract artist Baruj Salinas, and figurative artist Yovani Bauta. She has won several awards at collective shows and her work is in the collection of the Freedom Tower Museum of Art in Miami. Her works have been exhibited coast-to-coast throughout the U.S., and she has been represented locally by Cuatro Art Space in Coral Gables for the past two years. Presently, she is working at the Third Door Studio in the Bird Road Art District.
Maria's vibrant and colorful work has been exhibited in group and solo shows, both nationally and internationally, and featured in several art publications. Locally, she has participated in exhibits in museums, universities and galleries in the Wynwood, Bird Road, Eighth Street and Coral Gables art districts. Currently she is represented by Galleria 1 2 3, Urania's Gallery in El Salvador, Galleria Artegma and Weil Gallery in Panama, IKARUS gallery and cultural program in New York, and Solei et Mistral Gallery in Luxemburg. She has been teaching private and group art classes to children and adults in her home studio for several years.
There is a trolley which takes visitors from gallery to gallery on the Third Saturday Gallery Walk. You can start out at Valmar, which is at 4150 SW 74 Court. There is plenty of free parking. For more info, please call 305-267-9360.
