Didgeridoo workshop is Sunday

Speaking of drums, the drum circle guys are holding a Didgeridoo & Breath workshop with Jared Bistrong on Sunday, August 11. Learn the basics of Didgeridoo playing and explore the various aspects of breath work and the impact it can have on overall health and vitality. This is a hands-on workshop and didgeridoos will be provided. The workshop will end with a sound healing meditation and treatment. Please bring a mat if you have one.

You will have the option of applying the workshop fee towards purchasing your own Didgeridoo made by Jared Bistrong.

Jared Bistrong, a Miami native, is a college professor, multimedia artist, musician, father and sound healer and has been making, playing and teaching the Didgeridoo for over 15 years.

The workshop is from 6-8 pm. Cost: $30

There are 15 spots available so please RSVP with Jared Bistrong or Mark Richards at the Facebook event page. The location address and other info is there, as well.
