Crawling in the rain
The Pajama Pub Crawl went on as planned last night, even thought there were heavy rains. Grovites, don't let the rain get in the way of their partying.
People came dressed up in their night clothes. It's amazing what people sleep in these days.
The sign-up location was at Mr. Moe's on Commodore Plaza. They had the bones of their bed on display as you entered. By race time today (1 pm) the bed will be completely decorated and ready to race.
It was great to see so many people out and dressed for the occasion.
The Gallery Walk was going on up and down the streets, too and the art lovers and pub crawlers mixed and mingled in the rain. All proceeds from the Pajama Pub Crawl went to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade this year, the beneficiary of this year's Great Grove Bed Race.
