Silver Oak Wine Flight Dinner at El Carajo

The Silver Oak Wine Flight Dinner with Wine Educator Barry Alberts is at El Carajo (2465 SW 17 Avenue) tomorrow, Tuesday, August 30. Seating is anytime between 6:00 and 8:00 pm.

First Course: Emilio Lustao Manzanilla NV, Squash Bisque with a Nutmeg Crème Fraische
Second Course: Scalabrone Rosato ‘07 Steamed Littleneck Clams with Serrano, Fennel, and Roasted Root Vegetables
Third Course: Deusa Nai Albarino ‘10 Paella Rice Croquettes with Lobster and a Saffron Foam
Fourth Course: Silver Oak Alexander Valley ‘06, Two Pepper Crusted Venison Tenderloin Medallions with a Roasted Beet Compote and a White Port Wine and Beet Glace
