Adopt a Garden at Coconut Grove Elementary

garden
The Coconut Grove Elementary School will be replanting the Kindergarten through 5th grade vegetable gardens at the school and they are looking for local businesses to "Adopt a Garden" in the Stingray Patch.

The gardens are going to be incorporated into the curriculum at the school for all grades as well as used for harvesting fresh foods throughout the year.

So far, The Last Carrot is adopting the 2nd grade garden, The Bookstore in the Grove is adopting the 4th grade garden, www.thefrenchdistrict.com adopted the "kinder garden" and The Coconut Grove Grapevine is adopting the 5th grade garden.

They still need businesses to adopt the other grades. It's $200 for the year and there will be a plaque placed next to the garden with the business's name, thanking them.
