Saturday night wine tasting at The Loft
The Loft presents a wine tasting each Saturday night starting at 7 pm. This week, the tasting includes Sanama, Wines from Chile from the Valle the Rapel, Resquinoa.
Overlooked by the majestic Andes Mountains, SANAMA is a lush vineyard in the heart of the Rapel Valley - Central Chile. Nourished by pure glacial water from the soaring mountain peaks, the vineyard's original rootstocks are cultivated naturally.
Sanama, Sauvignon Blanc: Bright and Zezty are the key words for this varietal, and nothing makes a better aperitif than a glass of young Sauvignon Blanc. highly aromatic and recalling green apple, grapefruit & crisp pear with a refreshing green grassy aroma and a stony, steely mineral edge, this is a wine to be sipped nicely chilled and paired with shrimp, fish, salads, or blue cheese any time of year.
Sanama, Cabernet Sauvignon: Sanama Cabernet Sauvignion is rich in quality and flavor, yet delicate. this Sanama wine is a perfect accompaniment to poultry, grilled meat and cheese.
Also, check out the cigars on hand, The Loft has a large selection of locally rolled cigars.
El Titan del Bronze Redemption is one, a well-made cigar finished with a good looking dark wrapper. Chocolate and roasted nuts on the palate with a bit of pepper. The Cigar is medium bodied with a sweet aftertaste. El Titan del Bronze is a Sun Grown Habano Wrapper.
Grab a glass of wine and a cigar, grab a seat outside and visit for awhile.
Coming Saturday August 27 is The Loft's grand opening party. Look out for that.
