Helen B. Bentley Center celebrating Health Week
Promoting the theme “Celebrating America’s Health Centers: Serving Locally, Leading Nationally,” National Health Center Week 2011 at HBBFHC is slated to generate awareness about the Center’s health care services and contributions to the local community. On August 8, the week will kick-off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, opening the week of events. Additional offerings include guided tours of the Center, voter registration drives, lifestyle seminars, and back-to-school physicals.
“Helen B. Bentley Family Health Center serves as a one-stop shop for local residents seeking quality, yet affordable health care, and what better time to open our doors to the neighboring communities than during National Health Center Week,” stated Dr. Caleb Davis, president and CEO of the Center. “Our contribution to the week lies in our commitment to treating our patients, who happen to come from all walks of life and economic backgrounds, with the dignity and respect they deserve,” he concluded.
