There's still room in tomorrow's cooking class

Chef Carmen Trigueros at La Bottega (3540 Main Hwy.) is holding her weekly interactive cooking class, Tuesday, July 12 at 7 pm.

Cost is $30 per person, they're keeping it intimate, so RSVP today.

This week's class features Cooking with Liqueurs, featuring St Germain Liqueur. "St. Germain is the first liqueur in the world created in the artisanal French manner from freshly handpicked elderflower blossoms."

On the menu:
1. Cheeses with St. Germain Glaze, delightful touch for ocassions where cheese is served
2. St. Germain Chutney A perfect complement served with our pates
3. Passion Fruit Ceviche St. Germain The acclaimed refreshing ceviche from our menu.
4. St. Germain Souffle Our favorite dessert enhanced with the subtle flavor elderberry blossoms.
