Taurus is celebrating 2nd Anniversary on the 4th!
The Taurus is having it's 2nd anniversary on July 4th. They Taurus was voted "the Best Neighborhood Bar," recently in the New Times Best of 2011 competition.
The BBQ grill gets fired up at noon and live music by "Funky Blue Tones" is from 1 to 5 pm. 16 oz. pints of Sam Adams Summer Ale are only $4.50.
It's a great way to spend the 4th of July, and then wander over to Peacock Park for the fireworks at 9 pm! There's more Sam Adams being sold by the Chamber in the park, so you won't be far from your favorite ale.
The Taurus is open daily at 3540 Main Highway.
