Coolest place this summer is Shake-A-Leg Miami
Every summer, the kids at Shake-A-Leg Miami get to do the coolest stuff at their camps. They have kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, cool environment experiences on one of the spoil islands in the Bay, and not to mention all the arts projects and games they have on land.
One of the greatest parts about it is that these are all types of kids, including many with mental or physical disabilities who just want to have fun! Through the help of donors and the Children’s Trust, the camp also scholarships over 200 kids who need economic assistance so they can enjoy the camps too! Riley, here, found some treasure on one of the islands.
The City of Miami Fire Fighters and Police came out the other day to teach the kids about safety. It was so hot, they cooled the kids down with a little water from their fire truck!
That water must feel so good on these hot summer days. They get to do all this fun stuff all summer long.
