Grove Gazette launched at Ritz-Carlton party

Mary McBeth launched the Coconut Grove Gazette last night with a little party at the Ritz-Carlton. The Gazette is sort of an ad sheet, with upcoming events and the horoscope and things like that, you'll see it all over the Grove today. It will be handed out to tourists and visitors and of course locals. Above left are Jane Decker from the JCI's with Mary and at right, you can see that Joseph Grant and I got the memo about the pink shirts last night.

It was a beautiful setting and a lot of fun. A lot of friends showed up and there were lots of laughs. There was a raffle for great prizes, too. If you haven't been to the Ritz-Carlton here in the Grove, it's worth a visit. I hadn't been for awhile and I forgot how impressive it is. Almost reminds me of a palace.
