Go Green Auto Rally (GGAR) is an official partner of the 2011 Bacardi Miami Sailing Week. GGAR teaches drivers to reduce their carbon footprint, significantly reduce their fuel consumption and increase safety behind the wheel of their own vehicles -- no matter what they drive. GGAR offer hands on, real world driving instruction to teach drivers sustainable, 'Green Driving' principles through driving behavior modification and the use of the latest mobile technology providing real-time electronic feedback from GGAR's smartphone application.
ALMS racing drivers will teach you real world driving instructions to increase savings, safetly and sustainability behind the wheel. With gas at almost $4.00 a gallon, this will come in handy.
The Go Green Challenge principles will be demonstrated through the use of their latest mobile iPhone app. The app tracks your progress in real time and helps maintains green driving.
Go Green Auto Rally participants can win prizes including fuel cards valued at $100 up to $500 or even a free set of Pirelli tires, also iPads, iPods and tickets to Sebring 12 Hours endurance race from American Le Mans Series.
