This month's Gallery Walk is Saturday

Saturday, March 5, is the Coconut Grove Gallery Walk, each first Saturday, the galleries all put their best food forward and doors are open late. The main staging area is the Mayfair Promade where the Art Stroll, part of the Gallery Walk, is held, above are Mary McBeth and Joseph Grant in front of the Out of Africa store.

From 7 to 10 pm, there is music, food, drinks and lots of art for everyone to enjoy. The Promenade is lined up with artists and as you can see, it's a great event for families who like culture.

gallery4
The galleries all over town have wine and cheese and some have more, including Asian hors d'oeuvres. It's all free.

ArtWay 66 serves Pollo Tropical and all you can drink.

There is plenty of live music all around the Grove, most galleries have a band inside or out. The Drum Circle is very popular at Florentine Plaza, too. And as a special treat, the Miami Conservatory of Music, also at the Promenade, provides free classical performances. If you haven't been, it's a great event once a month. Now is the perfect time before those hot summer months roll in. There is plenty of parking, here's the parking map.
