Chinese New Year Lantern Festival at Zen Village

Zen Village (3570 Main Highway) is having a Chinese New Year Lantern Festival on Saturday, February 19.

Starting at 7 pm, enjoy live entertainment, Chinese music, drumming, dancing and karoke. There will be fireworks and typical Chinese New Year dishes. Lanterns and candles will decorate the grounds and there will be candle decorating as part of the fun.

New Year red packets will be given to children, Chinese door poem calligraphy and a lantern blessing ceremony with your name included is part of the ceremony. Participants are asked to wear tasteful Chinese attire if possible.

Cost is $15 per person, $5 for each child up to age 12.
