They were on their own little art stroll

Mary McBeth and Joseph Grant were checking out the art galleries (which were closed) on Sunday night when they came upon Monty Trainer, who invited them in for a visit and a soft drink.

Mary and Joseph were in town for Art Basel and they were ending up their visit with a stroll around the Grove. They plan on moving back to the Grove.

Joseph is an artist and Mary runs Arts to Literacy a program that helps build life skills and self esteem through artistic expression.

Joseph showed us some of his art, which he had on his iPhone. It reminded me a lot of the paintings on the tv show Good Times that JJ Evans did. They were actually painted by Ernie Barns (Joseph told me that, I didn't remember).
