Drinks and art flowed at the Atrium After Party
Monday's Art Basel Night in Coconut Grove ended with an After Party at the Mayfair Atrium. Italian artist Andrea Sampaolo created a modern art mural right on the spot as a live band played. Hundreds of people gathered around to watch the art take shape.
“I am American: so I am contemporary,” Andrea's new exhibit debuted at the luxury Italian retailer, Poltrona Frau's showroom in the Miami Design District last month. It ran until yesterday.
Two bands took turns playing late into the night Furniture surrounded the area and people got comfortable in the club scene-type atmosphere. It only shows that if you give the people what they want (free booze and art), they'll show up.
Drinks flowed well into the night as the music played and the crowds swelled. Colorful Bacardi drinks were featured at the late atrium after party.
