Full Monty is the favorite at Paragon theater
Interesting facts about Paragon Grove movie theater . . . moviegoers are of course from Coconut Grove, but the other two large groups come from Key Biscayne and Downtown Miami. Coral Gables is not coming in for movies, neither is Pinecrest.
The teens prefer Sunset Place, but that is not the group they are going after.
The number one seller at the concession stand, other than the beer and wine is the Full Monty, named after Monty Trainer. The Full Monty is a large mixture of goodies in one large box.
Mike Whalen, co-owner of the theater said that, "people are feeling more comfortable about coming back to the Grove," and more and more, the theaters are filling up with families and couples.
