Baby Boot Camp coming to Coconut Grove

There's a new boot camp in the Grove, just for new moms. Baby Boot Camp offers a unique 75-minute workout designed specifically to help moms get back into shape after having a baby. The boot camp, designed just for women, increases strength and tones muscles while boosting energy levels and increasing cardio endurance.

Patty Porro, the instructor, is AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Assn. of America) certified and a mom of two. “I’ve lived in Miami for over 20 years, and fitness has always been an important part of my lifestyle,” says Patty. “I am excited to bring the Baby Boot Camp program to Coconut Grove.”

The boot camp starts Wednesday, December 1 at Kennedy Park. Weekly giveaways will be given as part of the launch by sponsors like Catch-A-Wave, Little Feet & Moore and Brenda's Boutique.
