Women's Empowerment Retreat at Zen Village

Zen Village (3570 Main Highway) is offering a Workshop for Women called the Women's Empowerment Retreat on Saturday, Apri 17 from 9 am to 6 pm. Dr. Monica Costa-Moreno is the host for this program for like-minded women of different ages and backgrounds.

Embark on a journey of self discovery to grow physically, emotionally and spiritually. Live in the present, let go of the past. Find your path and your passion through power yoga, dance and enjoy a delicious lunch.
