Special Community Bay Day
On April 11, Shake-A-Leg Miami (2620 S. Bayshore Drive) and Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen will host a special Community Bay Day in honor of our nation’s military veterans. The event will take place from noon to 5 pm and will introduce veterans and their families, as well as the community at large, to the joys of boating and the healing waters of Biscayne Bay.
“It is truly an honor for us to host these courageous service men and women at our facility and witness them break through personal barriers while engaging in marine activities with family and friends,” said Shake-A-Leg Miami CEO and co-founder Harry Horgan. “We are also delighted to have our special Congressional guests join us in hosting this very special event as they have been instrumental in Shake-A-Leg Miami’s growth and making it possible to offer our services to South Florida’s veteran population.”
