High Gear Cycling offering sales and rentals
High Gear Cycling is partially open at 3210 Grand Avenue. Currently they have some bikes in and they are doing repairs and selling parts, they plan to open fully on December 1. Look for children's and adults's bikes, racing bikes and this all includes sales and rentals.

Just guessing here, but you could have probably called the phone number in the post faster than asking your question here on the blog.
Unfortunately the bike comes without the rider however we have other options and models. You can contact us by phone 305 444-2175 or enter into highgearcycling.com (facebook also).
The full tune-up for a Road, MTB, Hybrid, etc. goes for $60. Kids bikes tune-up start from $30
