Boys and Girls Clubs gala is at Ritz-Carlton
Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade will be hosting its Third Annual Gala on Saturday, November 14, featuring a “Wild About Kids” theme at The Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove (3300 SW 27 Avenue).
The gala’s chair is philanthropist Lana DeSimone and the co-emcee is chef and TV personality Ralph Pagano, host of FLN’s Pressure Cook, who was also featured in TV’s Iron Chef & Hell’s Kitchen. His co-emcee will be Michele Gillen, CBS4 I-Team Chief Investigative Reporter.
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 7 pm, a silent auction and piano music by Isaac Rodriguez; followed by dinner at 8 pm, live music by the band Private Stock, dancing; and a special performance by children from Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade. Guests will have the opportunity to sponsor a child through $250 donations, with all proceeds benefiting the five clubs in the Miami-Dade area.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade will honor the Florida Marlins for their outstanding commitment to our youth, the community and the Clubs. The award will be accepted by Mr.Jeff Conine.
