1970s disco is the theme of the Block Party
Put on your white disco suit and hit Commodore Plaza this Saturday, October 17, for the Commodore Plaza Block Party -- Disco Style!
This is the first theme night for the weekly block party -- it's a 1970's disco theme. Elastic Bond, voted "Best Funky Fusion Band Even Your Mom Would Like," will be performing live, right at the end of the block (in front of Havana Grove and Cita's.
Over 10 classic American muscle cars will be on display along with the usual art, food, drinks and fun.

What time does it start?
DANIELA VIOTTI, The Living Statue Performer that appears mid-block each Saturday is working on yet another new costume for this themed event. Of course, it is inspired by the era! I've seen the fabrics - I don't know how she outdoes herself each week. Come see her this week!!!
For those whom have never been, Can someone please let us know at what time this event takes place.
