The ironic part is that I remember people selling tie dye in that exact spot when I was a boy, they would sell it on the streets right there in the 1970s.

How much tye die can they possibly sell to pay that rent? Thats my quetion.
the funny thing is it looks like they forgot the tie part before the dye :(
