They got Ice Balls! Thats awesome, theres a place in Tokyo that makes all of the ice balls into a perfect sphere by hand.

I went to a bar in Seattle that had their own mold for making these and they also did them by hand. The ice ball is a great way to enjoy a bourbon or scotch without it getting watered down from the ice. The mass and shape of the ice ball cause it to melt much slower while it keeps the spirit cold. Up until now, Id only seen these "machines" available from Japan and they are quite expensive. I googled the "Macallan ice ball maker" and only got videos and links to the Japanese providers I already knew about. Id be interested to know where Greenstreets got theirs. Any clue?
