Delicious floats and more for a cause
Have you been by The Fresh Market (2640 S. Bayshore Drive) yet this weekend? They are running their Hope Floats Sidwalk Sale campaign to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.The best part is that for a few bucks, you can donate to the charity and enjoy some delicious goodies.
Above are Aileen, Judy and Martha at the Root Beer Float booth, where for $2.00 you can enjoy a float or a hot dog.
Outside, store manager Ovidio Cuervo is flanked by Juan and Michelle, who are serving up burgers and cheeseburgers all weekend for $3.00 each. I was there yesterday, but will be back today. Those root beer floats get me every time.

Sugar free - NOT everyone is a diabetic - I'm not but will support the cause with a root beer float!!!
