Drumming; just because
We had a little drum circle on Saturday in Center Grove, a couple of hours before the Woodstock Concert in Peacock Park.
Not many showed up, yet many were expected. It's a shame others didn't turn out.
It's always the same people who seem to partake of our village life and enjoy the different things going on. I asked one guy from Hooters if he was planning on his staff building a bed for this year's Bed Race. He told me he wanted to see how it turned out first before committing themselves
next year.
Did everyone forget how to live and how to just have a little spontaneity in their lives? We supplied the drums for the drum circle, all people had to do was show up and have fun.
Guess Hooters wants us to supply the beds. There's a joke in there somewhere.

Guess I'll wait'll next year to go by Hooters to pick up a bucket of wings.
I said the same thing to him! :)
Check out their Shrimp. Oh...... maybe next year, to bad so sad.
It's called living in the NOW there are many things going on. We would love to continue the drum circle on a regular basis. We had a German group sit in, plus someone who knew how to play a bongo. We were the core group.
