We pass by here often and finally we were convinced by the guy they have stopping people as you walk by. He said to us that the drinks were half price as well as apps and pizza and handed us a card that said free shot. We decided to sit and were told when the waiter came up that no appetizers and pizzas were not half price and he quickly took our free shot card and said he would bring us something (we didnt get to choose). We decided to stay and ordered a pizza and the chicken parm. It was by far the worst rip off food I have ever had in the Grove and the service was horrible. We had to ask right before we were about to leave for the free shot and he brought us shots of mixer and no alcohol. I will never eat here again, I think this place shames the Grove eateries most of which are really good and have great service!
this restaurant is horrendous!! i am all for eating at grove establishments but Bice is a disgrace to the grove in my opinion. I have eaten there 3 times. every time involved the worst service in miami (which is a bold statement because service in miami can often be awful). The food is nothing special and even worse, the servers act as if they are too high and mighty to be waiting on you. they will stand there and smoke cigarettes while you attempt to flag them down for even a water refill.
I strongly believe that this place has improve a lot . I am a restaurant eater , and food was great , service was very good comparing to others around the Grove ...
They have great specials like buying one entree getting one free Come on!! No one does that with same quiality of food leke they offer ....
In my opinion this is one of the best places to eat in Miami .Bice Bistro is much better than what it used to be Cafe Med ...
