Remind me not to eat there

Why is one local landlord having problems trying to get rid of a non-paying tenant?

The eviction laws favor the tenant even though the tenant has not paid his rent, has destroyed the property and has an employee sleeping in the main dining area! I have photos of this, which I won't post, but the guy is sleeping on a pillow, sprawled out on the floor, right in the center of the entrance for all passersby to see at 11 am this morning.

Not a pretty picture.

Geez- Let's give the guy a break.
Regular America people are in bad shape.
This guy is sleeping in the middle of the floor because he probably has no other place to sleep. And that is what is sad.
I hope you dont post pics and embarass the guy unless you know, he's evil or something - doesn't sound like it just yet, though.

Eviction on a commercial lease is easy, so clearly the landlord does not want this person out or so it would be.

Really tho, great story.

The eviction laws favor the tenantClearly, you have never practiced Landlord/Tenant law, nor have you ever been a commercial tenant.
