Police to be armed with sprinkles and frosting tomorrow
Dunkin’ Donuts will be bringing together officers from Miami Beach and Coral Gables Police Departments for a special donut decorating challenge tomorrow morning, May 14, as part of National Police Week (May 10 to 16).
I don't know why our City's police department is not involved, but it will be at our Dunkin' Donuts at 2720 S. Dixie Highway (in the Subway Plaza just west of SW 27 Avenue).
It happens at 11:00 am. Four officers from each department will have 30 minutes to decorate three donuts each complete with all of the restaurant’s decorating icings and tools in an attempt to impress the event’s judging panel. Following the judges decision, each department will be presented with a $1,000 donation on behalf of the Miami-Dade/Broward County Dunkin’ Donuts Franchisees.
