The Pineapple Saute and Sip Dinner at Ritz-Carlton
Chef Ralph Pagano, from the tv show "Pressure Cook" is your guide for a gastronomic tour this Friday, May 8. Dress casual and colorful for the evenings delectable experience at the Ritz-Carlton (3000 SW 27 Avenue).
The exquisite dinner will showcase meals from around the world. Go from Hawaii with Tuna Poke to New Orleans with Tchoup-Tchoup Salad, next is Italy for the main dish: delicious Tuscan Chicken with rosemary and lemon. Enjoy the best wine.
The Global Reception and Silent Auction is at 6:30 pm and the Interactive Cooking Dinner Experience begins at 8 pm. All monies benefit Baptist Health Breast Center.
