Beautiful landscape design, clean and smart. Nice gateway to the village of Coconut Grove
Much cleaner.
The shelves are almost bare at the other Walgreens by Milams. I hope this will be a safe Walgreens unlike the one at US1 and Douglas where people hang out in the back around the Metrorail.
I don't understand why there has to be a Walgreens or CVS every 50 feet. It's incredible that these places even stay in business being so close to one another.
Although I agree with you, there has never been a time in my life that I have entered a walgreens/cvs/eckerds be it at 3:00 pm or am that there has not been a line of people at the cashier.
One of lifes mysteries I assume
I miss the old giant oilcan. Much better landmark to give visitors directions by than 'another' Walgreens.
Am I the only one concerned about getting in and out of the parking lot from Bird? The traffic is heavy, I guess time will tell

I really wish that the center land going from the grove out across US1 was a forward AND left hand turn lane. it would help with the backup, expecially in the afternoon.
I am sure this parking lot will be dangerous. The Mobil across the street has had so many incidents and the same people will be hanging out in this new parking lot. If people are getting harrassed at Fresh Market what do you think will happen here?
Is the new one going to have a liquor store?
