Grape, with all this activity you write about, why are businesses going out of business? If we pay our tax dollars into BIC, i.e., "Business Interest Community" will someone please intelligently advise why so many businesses are going out of business. Isn't this BIC tax, like an insurance policy, pooling risk and if so, again, why doesn't BIC help the Grove Businesses in a meaningful way? How can the BIC top dog business survive, when noone purchases his products? Look at the books, look at who is running BIC, look at his books, look at the BIC books and advise how his business is surviving?

Respectfully, place this very beautiful lady down by US # 1, with her musicians and a sign pointing down town Coconut Grove and all those businesses paying for parking spots that do not exist will be tripled parked.
