Yep. We've received 2 of them at Smoothie King. The pens do not work on them, neither does looking for the strip. After a schooling from the bank, the best way to see it is to look at the bottom right 100- this should be a hologram when moving the bill.
I just checked 25 of these bills that I just happen to have in my pocket. Not one of them has a hologram.
Boy, am I in trouble! Perhaps the $.80 man can use them.
the pen does not work on them because they are real $5 dollar bills turned in $100 counterfeits. Make sure the face on the bill and the face in the background match up under the light.

The hologram is not on the bottom right - it is in the right side, middle blank section, between the green seal with 100 over it and the border on the right. Looking at one right now.
