Alhambra Orchestra presents competition winners

The winners of Alhambra Orchestra's 5th Annual Concert Competition for middle and high school students will be performing on Sunday, March 29 at Ransom Everglades (3575 Main Highway) at 2 pm.

First prize winner Gabrielle Chou, age 13, (shown here) will be performing Mendelssohn's Violen Concerto, her winning entry.

Marcel Angles, 18, a Gulliver Senior, a pianist was also a top winner and will be performing.

Admission is free but donations are accepted which support the orchestra. Free parking is available at the school. For info, please call 305-668-9260.
