New Britto gallery open on McFarlane Road
We have a Romero Britto Gallery in the Grove now. It's at 2994 McFarlane Road, it opened this week, just in time for the Arts Festival.
When you go to the festival today, stop in and meet the Roberts, Les and Les, father and son.
That's "Spring Bear" with them, a hand-carved wooden sculpture laced with Swarovski Crystals.
Also in the gallery are pieces by Romero Britto's brother Tom Britto and artist Sergio Astral.

That is great, more art galleries is good for the Grove, clean and upscale business. Will visit them today to welcome them. Are they going to have a grand opening party for the local community.
Welcome BACK to Coconut Grove. For history buffs Britto got his start upstairs in the Mayfair.
Right above Rafael Manresa's studio. Who now is in the Festival grounds being promoted by Infinity as the up can coming Latin Artist. You can watch him paint and possibly win the work of art.
Britto love your new space but why are you selling on the street in front of the Coconut Grove Elementary School. Makes you and your work look less professional. I bought your poster 2 years ago now I wonder about the value. Assume you're not that hard up. After all you were our Poster child only two years ago.
Even though I'm glad the gallery is here. We need every type of business. Weather you think there clean and upscale or not.......especially more bars and nightlife.
