Village Council meets tomorrow night
The Village Council meets tomorrow night at City Hall (3500 Pan American Drive) from 7 to 9 pm.
On the agenda:
1) The swearing in of new officers: Martin Zilber, Chair; Felice Dubin, Vice Chair / Treasurer; Liliana Dones, Secretary; Gary Hecht, Sergeant at Arms
2) Post office update
3) Update regarding Coconut Grove Playhouse.
4) Noise Ordinance Initial Discussion (public input in February
5) Traffic Issues – New Light on Ingham , Tigertail, etc…
6) Miami 21 – Do we or do we not agree to either the Rolle Center parcel being increased to T-10-12 or to the adjacent property being upzoned to T-4, which would with bonuses given for affordable housing allow the construction of the affordable housing development the Coconut Grove Collaborative proposed on the site (12 stories)?
