Planetarium seeking donations for new laser equipment

The Museum of Science is trying to raise funds to update its outdated laser equipment which is used for their Astronomy and Laser Light Shows at the Planetarium.

They need $75,000 for a state-of-the-art system. The Batchelor Foundation has offered to match donations up to $25,000, so whatever you donate will be doubled.

So far $7000 has been raised.For a $30 donation, you'll receive a limited edition t-shirt.

For $15 to $29.99, you'll receive Space Food Ice Cream.

For more info, please contact Lizzie Bassuk at 305.646.4283 or at
ebassuk@miamisci.org. Or to just donate right now, the form is here.
