Free Yoga Miami celebrates one year in Kennedy Park
The celebration includes guided yoga classes, faith yoga with blind individuals, guided meditation and a raffle. "Free Yoga Miami," is the new name of the group, which makes classes free and available to everyone. They do accept donations and those donations go to various charities. Last year they raised $10,000 which went to Camillus House, earthquake victims in Peru, Miami-Dade public schools and others.
For complete info the group can be looked up on Facebook.com as Free Yoga Miami. And soon they will have their own website through the Free Yoga Foundation which will be announced at the day of the event! (http://www.freeyogafoundation.org).

These are such nice people.. I'll tried some day, tried meditation many time and should get back to that discipline, but my sister says Yoga is great, Thus far we Bike and and Run like there's no tomorrow through the park. It's full off water lately, the training goes on. For inspiration just step out to South Bayshore Drove any Saturday or Sunday morning!
