Question: Is this a military barracks or perhaps a Club Fed?

This is one of the cleanest projects in the grove.Don't see any problem with this development.Wouldn't mind owning a place here.By the way guarantee does not have a y.

It may not be beautiful, but it is at least clean and that's better than some of the other things around, but I also don't live in the Grove (I'm on the other side of US1).
You can spell guaranty with a y. Definition: A guarantee serving to assure a particular outcome or condition.
With a total of 22 units in the complex, there are only 2 currently for sale (priced at $675,000 and $725,000).
Although the property might lack a few trees, it doesn't seem to effect the market in there.
I guess Id want to know why someone felt the need to not only criticize, but to trespass and criticize. You cant even see that first pic unless you go inside. I have friends that live there and the residences and area are nice. Now I know why they call people in the Grove "whiners".
LOOKS DECENT FROM THE STREET SIDE....INTERIOR DOES LOOK KINDA LIKE A PRISON OR SOMETHING...
I love it!! Don't have a problem with it and would even love to own one. You should talk about how crappy the other side of the street is and how someone should tear it down and build something decent like Grove Enclave.
It looks like a slaughter house or a stable. The developer should be dragged to Peacock Park and publicly spanked :)
It actually looks like one of those modern hourly rate motels you see down on 8th street lol.
To "anonymous" who wrote...
"You should talk about how crappy the other side of the street is and how someone should tear it down and build something decent like Grove Enclave."
I used to own a townhouse exactly where you are talking about. And once the Enclave went up - I thought the exact same thing... I want to live there!
However, the prices in the Enclave are extremely high and not many of us could afford their prices or the prices of any new construction, for that matter.
So, by tearing what is there down and building something new, you would displace a lot of people who are not only good people, but people that love the Grove.
And having lived there, I know that they are not "whiners". They are people who are happy to be living in the Grove without having to spend a fortune...
UGLY yes. But I guess I'm not in the majority from what I've read! I'm just worried about the HIGH prices of these things...Can anyone afford to live ANYWHERE in the Grove ANYMORE?????
To the person that said the photographer was trespassing, I disagree, you can get that shot from McDonald. How about the sign on the unit that is for sale on the corner of Bird and McDonald that advertises a "sparlking pool"? Apparently spelling is not that realtor's strong suit.
It is just a horrible location, between the traffic and a view of Home Depot, what could be worse.
Oh well, you can walk to McDonalds for a kids meal.
I think the townhouses look fine. It is neat, clean and well maintained. I dislike the location, but there is nothing wrong with these townhouses.
Again, location is bad. I am sure the smell of fries and burgers is in the air from Mcdonalds. How do I know? I drive a convertible and can smell the food when i am stopped at the traffic light most of the time.
