It's time to get RED

RED, the new personal training studio is now open at Grand Avenue and McDonald Street (under the billboard). RED stands for "revitalize, energize, define."

According to owner Patrick Vital, the “gym” that was part of Tan Solaire Body Spa has been turned into a well stocked, clean, friendly and professional one-on-one personal training studio. Every day and one body at a time, they take the needs and goals of each client and give them an exercise experience that is unrivaled in the business. That's Patrick and Marc above.

Many of you may remember Patrick as general manager of the old Grove Fitness on Florida Avenue, he has over 15 years of personal training experience transforming the lives and bodies of hundreds of clients. All of the Elite Trainers at RED are qualified and distinguished in their own right. In fact, the entire personal training team formally at Fitness Together are now Elite Trainers at RED. Led by Andy Clark, they now call RED, their home. That's Marilyn and Andy below
