Anokha Indian Restaurant to open Saturday
Anokha Indian Restaurant, a Grove favorite, will be opening in their new location on Saturday, July 26 at 6 pm. As you know they moved from their Commodore Plaza location to 3324 Virginia Street.
Entrees are served over Bunsen burners here, to keep them from getting cold. Starters include potato-carrot croquettes flavored with cumin and mint, and carrots cooked with milk and cream. For a main course, try cauliflower curry in coconut sauce or lamb in almond cream sauce. The restaurant's name means "unique" and that it is. They also accept the Code 33 card.

This is going to be a tough location to be successful. It's too far off the beaten path ... good luck.
If they can keep this location clean and actually buy a vacuum cleaner, they may see some success.
