Annoying over-development
It's amazing how over-development affects people in different ways. It ruins views, it kills history, it overpopulates, it brings much more traffic, strains resources and it is totally annoying. In this case they closed a tax-payer city park for the duration of building the project. Yet it provides housing (much needed? no), it provides jobs and it lines the pockets of the builders themselves. A double-edged sword. I could live without it.

Fortunately, your condo floated down silently like a magical feather in the middle of the night?
You are right. I'm just saying it is annoying. I know when we were kids houses were going up all around ours in the development and that wasn't a nice experience to live around either, but neither was it to our neighbors when our house went up.
Just a fact of life.
