Did you take your dog to work with you today?

Today is "Take Your Dog to Work Day." Here is Danny of Revolution Bicycle Services (3444 Main Highway) with Brawney and Freyja. Danny usually takes his pets to work. You'll see Brawney and Freyja there most days. But today, you'll see a lot of pets around town. It's nice, it adds a lot of life and color to the streets. (No not that . . . .)

Yeah, Danny is a good man, I usually take my bikes there for tune-ups, repairs, accessories, anything. He offers very reasonable prices, and is very honest at what he does. Knows just about anything the is to know about the sport!

Bringing dogs to the workplace is a distraction to other employees, dog owners get extra breaks to take dogs out, feed them, tend to them, not to mention their barking, also some people don't bathe their dogs regularly. I also think it is insensitive to the other employees or visitors who are allergic to dogs.

His dog is pretty cool. Just lays there and does nothing. Danny's great with all sort of repairs and really fair priced too.

Bringing a dog to an office is a pain for those of us who neither have dogs nor like them.

I guess dogs cant survive on Grand Avenue cant they, welfare check does not increase by having a in-house dog, so you are just allergic, why don't you go and have 2-3 more kids you cant take care of.

The best part of all these ridiculous comments is that they have been written by "adults"...

Danny is a great guy, extremely helpful and knows his stuff. Best bike shop around. The dogs are well behaved, better than most people!

I believe Danny and his dogs have been at that shop for over ten years. I see it this way, he helped make a great community with his bike shop and his dogs played an important role of making the customers feel at home as they walk in. Danny will continue giving that great customer service and still bring his dogs in, regardless how sensitive others may feel. That's my two cents.

Danny is such a great guy I have been friends with him for years and have visited the store hundreds of times and I say this with all honesty, he treats everyone with dignity and respect even when he doesn't feel like it or have to. The Grove will loose a part of it's soul if Danny ever leaves and we should cherish this icon while it last. Stop by his store, send your friends and give him business because he really desires it.
PS and caution: Dannys dog are allergic to ASSHOLES, so if your an ASSHOLE like the writer above Dannys dogs may shit at and on your feet. Hats off to ya Danny... Your friend Billy Garcia

Though I have not seen Danny in a very long time, we were at one time roomates, co-workers and good friends. All the while, all I saw from people was respect and love toward a genuine and kind guy. Today reading all the postings and ignoring one or two of them. I see how he's still the same kind person I used to know. Billy G. which I also know and knew then says it best about Danny and about all the f%@kers that just LOOVVEE to hate. ASSHOLES BEWARE!

PS see you soon FANCY!
